Our Cooking Classes are master classes offering full participation, making them an unforgettable experience.
We offer short, intense courses preparing a wide range of the most popular and appetizing dishes from Russia and other countries (at request). You’ll not only know how to cook them, but know the stories of dishes origins.
Cooking Classes are available for daytime or evening events for up to 30 guest-participants.
If you are big group or taking a private class just for you and your family, you have an option to choose from the below menu.
The cooking class lasts 2-3 hours.
Option 1. Dinner/supper in “Russian style”.
This master class includes the story about the traditions of Russian food.
– Sterlet fish in brine;
– Shchi (cabbage soup);
– Kundums – meat (beef or pork) inside of crispy roll;
– Kulebyaka – a type of Russian pirog usually filled with salmon or sturgeon, rice or buckwheat, mushrooms, onions and dill;
– Pozharskaya cutlet;
– Bliny (Russian pancakes);
– Guriev porridge;
– Kvass or sweet juice (beverage, usually made with cranberry’s, foxberry’s).
Option 2. Russian cuisine.
– Uha (fish soup);
– Fish rasstegai – a type of Russian pirog with a hole in the top, usually contains fish, but usually contains meat, liver, rice or mushrooms;
– Fried sardines;
– Fish with cucumaria;
– Potato in Vladivostok style – Vladivostok famous fried potato;
– Ostreidaes;
– Kissel (Russian traditional beverage) with Schisandra;
– Kvass or sweet juice (beverage, usually made with cranberry’s, foxberry’s).
